A German choose has bought ex-President Nicolas Sarkozy to stand trial within an illegal strategy fund case.

Mr Sarkozy faces accusations that his party falsified accounts in order to hide 18m euros (£15m; $20m) of plan spending in 2012.Mr Sarkozy has over repeatedly rejected that he was alert to the overspending.He missing the 2012 competition to Francois Hollande, and unsuccessful in his quote to operate again in that springs approaching presidential election.The event is called the Bygmalion scandal.It centres on states that Mr Sarkozy’s celebration, then referred to as the UMP, connived with an amiable PR company to cover up the actual charge of his 2012 presidential election campaign.France sets limits on campaign spending, and it is alleged the company Bygmalion invoiced Mr Sarkozy’s party as opposed to the campaign, allowing the UMP to surpass the limit.
